Hi All...
Here's a strange one for those in the network enviroment... We have some linux print server as well as NT print server. Recently when someone prints to a network printer, not only a copy get printed to the directed printer but several print job with 0Kb get spooled on to every print queues at the NT print servers. This happens regardless whether user has permission to print to the queue or not. Moreover they do not have connection to those printer in the Control Pannel either. Some suspect virus but there are no known Viruses that does such strange things. I'm on the other hand believe something else is causing print jobs to be broadcast all over the place. Please... please and a thousand more I need some input, suggestion... anything.... 😕
