Network Performance: Win98SE or WinMe?

Which offers better network performance, Win98SE or WinMe?

I already compared Win98SE and Win2K Pro, and Win2K is a lot faster/stable...

Win98Se must more stabler, I also bet it is faster too

I belive WinME has the enhanced IP stack. Should be faster if that is the case. Has to do with TCP window scaling and whatnot.
