"Network Password" Pop up

I started getting "Network Password" pop up window lately. It comes up at random when I'm doing stuff on the forums like checking my pm and simply clicking on thread title.

Anyone else?

I read this thread.

He wasn't specific enough. I wasn't sure if he meant "network password" or "network" so I figured I'd start a new thread that is more specific.
