Network light goes on and off on and off

Ok. Just started having this problem out of the blue for all i know. I have a speedstream router. 4 port. I have 3 computers on it right now. 2 normally. All of a sudden i lose connectivity to port1 on the router. It says its connected. Both green and orange lights are on for 100mbps and link/act. I go to the computer thats port 1 (running win2k sp4) and every 5-10 seconds it says network cable unplugged. Then 5-10 seconds later it says network connected. It just keeps switching on and off and its making me mad. 🙁 can anyone help with this situation?
