I have att dsl with a 2wire router/modem combo, wired to my desktop. here lately when i try to load pages, sometimes I have to hit refresh because the page won't load. I have also noticed in itunes and zune software I can not access the marketplaces.
 
I have it resolved, it was some kind of proxy setting in internet explorer. i found the answer by googling "can't connect to zune or itunes marketplaces"
