Network Issues Need Help

Just a tad frustrated today:

Background

Everything was working perfectly with my wired and wireless devises I have:
1 wired Windows 7 desktop
1 wireless Windows 7 laptop
1 wired Windows XP desktop
1 wired WHS Server
1 SCALEO homeserver running EMS
1 Patriot Box Office wired
1 Patriot Box Office wireless

Prior to yesterday afternoon could see all the computers on the network. Yesterday afternoon comes around and bang. Under network the windows 7 desktops can see each other and the Scaleo as computers, they see the WHS, scaleo, and the winows 7 desktops as media devices, they see the scaleo and the WHS as other devices. The 2 patriot boxes and the WHS are seeing exactly zip on the network. All of the devices have workgroup set as WORKGROUP.

All of the devices can connect to the internet. Replaced the ADSL router just to be sure and same issues. Now the strange part, can connect to the WHS device using WHS Console and through the shared folders on the desktop. If I connect through the shared folders the WHS shows up underneath network with its shared on the left pane, but if you click network it does not show up under computers.

If I remote desktop into the WHS and click on network I get unspecified and options to add network place or entire network. Under entire network if I click microsoft windows network I can only see EMC storeage device ( the Scalio). From the XP computer I can only see its shares and the WHS and Scalio as media servers not computers.

Am out of ideas and very very frustrated, most of this I could live with put the patriots not seeing anything and the WHS and XP devices not showing up under network is not good.

Any help appreciated.

Dave
