Network in network

I was wondering if i could set up a network, running off my lynksys router. I would set up the second one as a dynamic IP so it recives an IP address from my Lynksys router.
 
If you need second independent network, you need a second Router.

Two Networks cannot be configured on the same side of one Router.

Or you can install on a WinXP Pro VirtualPC and configure a second virtual Network.

If you would explain, better, what this is for may be some one can offer better help.
