Network Icon has Red "X"

We had a real quick power blip here in Florida and when I restarted my PC, there is a Red "X" over in the Network Icon...

I can get to the internet (obviously 'cause I am posting here) and all the other PC's in my house that share internet are fine...

So what is up with the Red "X" ?
