It's great that you've stuck a few threads in the network forum on some baseline rules, but there's been some more ongoing discussion. The threads that are there are rather incomplete, and include a lot of banter that's really not appropriate - Can you head over there, take a look at what others have suggested and stick a new thread on what you think is appropriate. Actually, preferrably not a thread - Just a single message posted by you (or whomever) that contains what you feel should be the acceptable behaviour for the forum.
