Network Drivers?

I have a network card by Netgear or Intel. I'm not sure. On the card, it says NETGEAR, but when Plug and Play detects it, it identifies it as Intel 21140 10/100 Ethernet Controller.

The problem is that my dad lost his win98se cd and now he can't install the drivers. I tried looking all over the net for the driver and I can't find it anywhere, and now I'm going crazy because my dad is fuming because I can't install his card.

Can someone please help? Thank you!
 
It's a Netgear NIC which uses an Intel chipset. Somewhere on the card the model number should be listed. Get the proper driver from Netgear's website.
