network driver takes almost 2 minutes to load

Running Vista 64. New Install on a Vraptor drive. Mobo, Asus P5Q Premium,

What I've done do far:

1.Updated the Marvel Yukon driver to the latest.

2. Checked my start up config.

3. Reinstalled my mobo INF file

Another thing that happens that is peculiar is the network icon has a big x over it but I still can open my browser and load a page, but I cannot open my local mail, nor can I open device manager until the driver or whatever is loaded. I've tried disk cleanup, scheduled a disk check - even the full 'bad sector' check...

i am stuck; help

Seems as though it was related to the Blackberry Device Manager software. Boots up fine now.
