Network Documentation

Hey guys. I am just wondering, what software packages do you or your companies use to keep track of and document your networks? Pretty much right now, everythign we have is in excel worksheets, and it is really a mess to deal with. I've called around alot of places and no one really has anything. I don't need or want anything that monitors the network, I have tons of those utilities. I'mlooking mor into documenting what I have in use and what I have availible for fibers and such. If anyone has used anything, or seen anything that can do this I would definately appreciate it. Thanks
