Network Booting Without HDD and GFX

Ok so i have a system which i'm gonna be using for file sharing/game/media server etc
which is:

Sempron 2800+
MSI k8mm(or something 😛)
512mg ram
fx5700
60 gig HDD

Now i have some other parts which are
1700+ Athlon XP
MSI k7n2 mobo
256mg ram
NO HDD
NO GFX

I want to use all avalable resources i possibly can.

So what i was wondering is it possible to set up the athlon xp parts to network boot from the sempron system and be controlled via remote desktop from the sempron system.

Now the athlon xp system doesnt have a HDD or a graphics card, so one question is can i use it without one, ofcourse while seting up i will have one then i will remove it.

Also can this be done using windows XP?

I wanna put this all in one case, and what i was thinking of doing was using this sytem as a weird dual core thing, where i can set the athlon xp to run a freelancer server app, which does not need HDD and will fit into ram, all it need is network connection, while the sempron system does media and file sharing.

Now i was thinking of using a separate cross over cable between computers to remove most of the network conjection, while they will also be connected to the main network, via different cable/

So really what i want to know is can this be done and how do i go around doing it.
(i'm googling also at the same time but havent found much so far)
