I am looking for something that is fairly reliable and also free that would allow me to check the bandwidth on a LAN. I am going to have to simulate dropped packets and low bandwidth so I want to be able to measure this to see where our product fails. If anyone knows of anything that could help me do this I would greatly appreciae it. Thanks
