Network Attached Storage Adapter to IDE HD

I was wondering if anyone knew of a Network Attached Storage Adapter that will plug into a EIDE HD on one end, and the other end has a 10/100/1000 MB connection (1000 MB optional). Here's a link of what I'm talking about http://www.caloptic.com/graphics/if8u2connect.jpg It's like this but instead of firewire, it's ethernet. So if anyone call tell me where I can find it or a link to where I can buy it, Hopefully not too expensive. And the Adapter can, if possible, connect to a master and slave HD just like how the picture is shown. Please help me if you can. Thanks

It is too complicated to be just an Adapter.

Most of the Entry Level units work with USB.

You can combine a 250GB IDE Drive USB Enclosure and D-Link DNS 120, and get a 250GB NAS for less then $200.
