Network Attached Storage Adapter to IDE HD

I was wondering if anyone knew of a Network Attached Storage Adapter that will plug into a EIDE HD on one end, and the other end has a 10/100/1000 MB connection (1000 MB optional). Here's a link of what I'm talking about http://www.caloptic.com/graphics/if8u2connect.jpg It's like this but instead of firewire, it's ethernet. So if anyone call tell me where I can find it or a link to where I can buy it, Hopefully not too expensive. And the Adapter can, if possible, connect to a master and slave HD just like how the picture is shown. Please help me if you can. Thanks
