Is network adaptor for lan party use?

If it is, there are 3 network adaptor in the following, can you tell me which one is the best?
(I totally have no experience or knowledge about networking)

First find out whether the LAN is Giga capable.

Using Giga Card on 100Mb/sec. does not provide any advantage. (I wonder if the auto negotiation on a 100 Mb/sec, might actually slows thing down).

Once you decide which class of card you need you have two options.

1. NIC made by Intel
2. It does Not matter card.
