the netware server has the license installed. which i installed with nwadmin.. however i cannot install the user licenses .. and because of this the server sends my workstation numerous messages reminding about once every 2 or 3 minutes..

i have tried to install the license file several times with no luck.

any help is greatly appreciated.

EDIT:
POLICY MANAGER - (5.00-014): Connection 18 is using a 'grace' connection to Server SERVER1 because no licenses were installed or available. Install a Connection License (admin.server.TREE1.)
 
Unload NLSLSP and load it with the -TS option. This will turn the
debug screen on.
Type SET NLSTRACE = 0 to turn the trace screen off.

You also might want to run the infamous setupnls.nlm to reconfigure
your server for licensing. Fixes most problems most of the time.
 
i tried a different CD and the demo license on that worked fine.. too bad its only 90day trial and 3 user.. lol.. im only using netware for basically a file server anyways.. so not a big deal.. thanks for the help though
