netware 5.1 - error reading license file

im installed netware 5.1 and i have a valid license file.. and when i select it.. it shows up in the box, but when i click next it says "There was an error reading the license file.".. I press OK and ..it takes me back.. any ideas?

ok i got that problem to work.. i just did .. "no license file".. and it still gave me a 2 user agreement. i got the OS installed... and when i login from my workstation and goto nwadmin and try to insert the license file.. nwadmin locks up. has anyone had similiar problems before?
