Saw it featured on Attack of the Show earlier today. Looks like a cross between Google and Protopage. You can add your rss feeds in the top left hand corner or just modify the ones on the screen. You can also change the title. All Web 2.0 stuff.

I just set it as my home page after I found the RSS feeds i wanted. It's quite fast.
 
I think I just like the design better than google. Plus I like all the stuff in the works for netvibes.
