Netstumber on iphone?

Without jailbreaking is there an app similar to the infamous Netstumbler?

Specifically I'd like to see signal strength of APs with graphing capability.

As I understand it, Apple ended up banning those kinds of applications because they used a private API. So you currently have to jailbreak to use them.
