what the heck is this sgigate.SGI.COM:51523 coming from? spyware?
i try to keep my system running as cleanly as possible

sometimes i get:

C:\WINNT>netstat

Proto Local Address Foreign Address State
TCP ashis:3536 204.94.209.1:51523 TIME_WAIT

but,
sgigate.SGI.COM = 204.94.209.1
