Netscape Webserver problems

Hi Guys,
my webserver uses Netscape Web Server. the problem is that when somebody tries to d/l a pdf file, the file does not stream. To check what the problem was I stopped the Netscape webserver and enabled IIS, then the file streamed. What option shld I change to allow a file to stream on Netscape Webserver

P.S. the only reason why I am posting in this forum is because I tried the Networking forum and nobody replied. I am hoping that since more ppl log on to the general hardware forum, I might be able to find a solution
 
What version of NES/SuiteSpot/iPlanet? What platform is the server? Do you have your server side MIME types setup?
