That's another reason why NYC increased their parking tickets to $115 a pop! You can issue parking tickets faster than speeding tickets.

Good article. Here is what pisses me off. I usually driving back home from work when the rush hour is dwindling down. There are still lots of cars on the road, but the bumper to bumper traffic is gone. Everyone is keeping a smooth flow of traffic, going above the speed limit. But then suddenly, at one place there will be a cop with a radar gun. Everyone freaks, slows down, and that creates bumper to bumper traffic, which increases the chance of an accident 10 fold.
