Netscape and Thunderbird email reply question

When replying to email with either of these programs, where you begin typing your response is at the bottom of the box, with the original message above. I'd like it to start at the top of the box with the original message below the new one and I cannot find a setting to change this behavior.

Anyone now the way to change this?

In T-Bird, go into Tools- Account Settings. Click on Composition and Addressing in one of your accounts. Under Composition put a check in the box that says, "Automatically quote the original message when replying" and then select which way you want it, ie, Then start my reply above the quote.
