Netscape 7.2 won't allow me to enter a mail account

For some reason Netscape 7.2 will not allow me to enter a mail account. I go to the accounts section and follow the steps and when I get to the end and hit OK, nothing registers? Am I doing something wrong????? I am running Windows XP sp2.
