Netscape 128 bit encryption download??

Already posted this in the OS section but will take anyone's help lol.

Need to find place where I can dl this specific component of Netscape.

Currently running Netscape V-4.5 (maybe 4.6, can't remember), and don't have the 128 bit encryption pkg. I really don't want dl the new 6.0 version; looked at Netscape's home page but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

I could be wrong, but I don't think there is a simple add-on package for Netscape (unlike IE). You'd have to download the full 4.x release with 128-bit encryption (it's one of the options as your go through.

Since the government has relaxed its restrictions 120-bit security should now be everywhere by default.
