Netmos 9835 Serial Card

Hi all!

I have just installed a Netmos 9835 based 2 serial port card on my machine. It works absolutley fine in WinXP, but in Win98 after installing the latest drivers everything seems ok...it shows the 2 extra comm ports as 3 & 4 in the device manager, but for any thing that i do with the comm ports(3 & 4) it just shows that "couldn't open port".

Can any body help please.
