389 Internet Locator Server [Transmission Control Protocol (TCP)]
522 User Location Server (TCP)
1503 T.120 (TCP)
1720 H.323 call setup (TCP)
1731 Audio call control (TCP)

so those are the ports i need to open in my router to let this netmeeting work right ? SO i just open port from 389 to 1731 right ?
 
Did you read through the whole MSKB article? If so, you should be good to go.

If not, I would suggest doing so. 🙂
