Netmeeting problem, was able to connect but unable to get the video to work behind software firewall. Please help

I couldn't get the video to work in netmeeting at all. I was able to connect. The only thing that I couldn't do was to get the video to work. I am using sygate personal firewall. Is there anyway to get this to work?
