Nether Nighthawk router - Not connecting to some sites

The majority of websites I connect to on my laptop, with my netgear nighthawk router, load fine.

There are a few sites, where when I try to connect, it says "cannot connect to internet"
One particular site, is my union message board.

The URL is https://www.local357.org/index.php?option=com_wrapper&view=wrapper&Itemid=611

When I try to load it, in any browser, i get the color boarder, but the inside box for the message board says can not connect to internet.

So I'm throwing a hail marry on what it could be. Wondering if a setting is wrong somewhere? The weird thing is, pretty much every other website, I have no issues with. If I try to load the message board, say at work, on my work network, it works fine. It has to be router related with my netgear.

Any suggestions?

See if a newer firmware is available from Netgear.

Also, connect via wired LAN and see if it still does the same.
