Uhh, 2-day grace period? I'm not familiar with that policy. And neither was my cashier at Staples.

Uhhh...both the staples and netgear rebates require the original UPC Code. Unless there's another netgear rebate for that wireless adapter other than this one

If you're like me and got in on that router when it was $30 AR at Amazon, I just need a wireless pcmcia card for my laptop. So, using the $20/50 thats out there, plus the $20 rebate, I'll end up with the card for ~$30. If its true about both rebates working, I'll get the card for $15, which is what I paid for my wired NIC. But I'm not holding out for that.

What was the $30 mail-in gift card part of this deal? I bought the router, but don't remember the gift card part. Anyone?

The $30 gift card promotion was only available in-store for total purchases over $150. I can't remember the promotion dates. It was the same week that the Logitech MX300 mouse was advertised for $14.99.

The slip was available the register --- you had to ASK for it.. they weren't handing it out freely. :frown:

Staples Rebate Center is saying that you can choose only 1 out of the 3 Netgear products for the rebate (i.e. you get only one rebate).
I don't remember this stipulation in their sales flyer, but all 3 Netgear products point to the same rebate promotion #.

Thanks for the feedback. I did buy it in the store, but the total purchase wasn't over $150. Oh well.

Staples just declined my rebate because I did not send in the original UPC. Anyone got a name and date of a person they talked to that said a copy of UPC was OK?

i was also declined for not using an original UPC on another rebate. i just faxed them the "original" UPC, and it worked like a charm

What did you tell them? Did you claim you sent in the original? Or just said you thought a copy was OK?
