Netgear wireless 802.11g router firmware upgrade?

I recently got this router and wanted to upgrade the firmware for the blocking of SSID broadcasting. One thing I noticed was the new firmware is a beta ("This is beta firmware, no customer support is available for issues arising from it."). I read of a lot of people upgrading to it, but I was planning on waiting for the final release. It is now three weeks later (beta was released on 8/7) and there is no final. What do you guys recommend? Should I just install the beta or wait for the final version?

You can always revert back to the older software if you encounter issues with the beta version.
