Netgear WGT624 router

Here's the deal. We're splitting our broadband connection with 4 roommates and 2 neighbors. It's a 3Mbit/256k cable connection. Everyone in my apartment says that the connection feels slow, and when I ran a speed test from my ISP's server, my upload is even less than that of a 56k dialup connection. I want to see if one of us is sucking up all the upload bandwidth or if my area is underserviced. Is there any software to check this? I'd need it to be compatible with a Netgear WGT624.

the program you will use for this is MRTG, just keep in mind to enable the SNMP on the router and follow the directions for MRTG, any questions, just ask.
