Netgear WG111 users please help

Here is the setup. I have a Netgear WG111 on my computer and it installed fine, everything appears to be fine on the surface, including windows giving me an "excellent connection." But I just can't browse or even log onto my router.

I tried installing newer drivers, and even using XP's own wireless service and manually connecting, but nothing worked.

If anyone who had a remotely similar problem could help, it would much appreciated.
