This is basically how every single call I've had to Netgear's support has gone.

Yes, many other SOHO vendors are bad, too. But somehow I've just had particularly horrible experiences with Netgear, and I'm glad in a way to see that it's not just me.

I do not think that there is any other aspects of Computer hardware that is so Bad in lack of support, and deceiving marketing as the Entry Level- SOHO segment of the Market.

Few of us here, and other public BBS' probably provide more viable support than all the Brand together.

If you would take a look at Microsoft's Entry Level Network Newgroups, you would that big part of the support is provided because of the Network Hardware which is not an issue of Microsoft or Windows.
