Netgear server help

I have the Netgear RT314 router. I'm trying to setup a web server on one of my comps. I'm using RoadRunner internet server. I'm using no-ip.com for my dns. The problem is how do I set up the router or whatever I need to setup to direct to the comp. that I am wanting to use as the server. Whenever i type in the url for my webpage it goes to the router setup.(It asks for a un and pw). How do i get no-ip.com to direct to my comp that i am using as the server? I went into the router setup in #15 setup and set the ip of my server comp on the router and typed in the port. I put in port 80 and also added port 8245. The ip address for my webserver comp is 192.168.0.4. It seems like it is going to my real Round Runner address instead of the address of the webserver comp. What do i do to get it to that address? Any help would be appreciated.
