Netgear problem.

I upgraded the firmware on my RT314. Ever since I did, port 21,23 and 80 are completely stealth. I'm guessing this is a new security built into the firmware to stop out side connections from connecting to the router it self.

Anyone know how to fix this? I really need port 21 and 80 fowarded to my web server.

Maybe you need to go back in and resetup all of the ports and where they are forwarding to, under SUA Server Setup?

If I remember right, upgrading firmware resets the default filters. I can't remember if you can use the web to change that, but I know you can with the telnet version. Just go and check the filter set again.

Well of course I reconfigured the settings. Even with port 80 forwarded, www.grc.com still says it's stealth. Same goes with port 21, 23, and 80. All the other port I can forward fine.

Just clarification, you reconfigured both the forwarding and the default filters, right? There's no web section, but in the command line client, it's section 21 -> 3 -> filters 1, 2 and 3
