Netgear MR814 - WEP No Longer Works

I can't get wireless internet to work when WEP is enabled (it used to work, key was properly inputted and everything was dandy, up until this week) but when i disable WEP, everything's fine. what gives?
 
Are your router and wireless adapters using the same WEP key? Have you disabled the Microsoft Wireless Management and use the Netgear utility (which I think is a lot better) for your wireless adapter? Are they both set to the same encryption strengh?
