no, but i can believe it was the one for $29.95 after MIR w/ free webcam... down to 24.95 w/coupon and possibly 4.95 w/ camera rebate.

I got in on that exact same deal, and scored the free-after-rebate USR PCMCIA 802.11B card later that same day! :D

Me too. I got the MR814 and two USR PCMCIA cards from Amazon for about $31 all-in after rebates. $69 just for the router looks damn expensive now! I then sold my old Linksys cable router for $50 on Ebay! :D

Oh, how did you do it? I got it for $50 and I thought the price was OK....

I just returned the one from CompUSA which costed me $70 after rebates.

Hi guys,

I just bought one of these wireless routers off fleabay for $70 shipped (I for some reason chose to pay $20 more to avoid the rebate).

Anyway, just wondering what the best (and cheapest) pc card I should pick up to use this with. I am not averse to buying off fleabay again. Just wondering what the best card is for the best price...

Thanks! ;)

This router was roughly $25 AR @ amazon like a few weeks ago. I jumped on that deal in time. It was $60 - $5 coupon = $55 shipped (free shipping) plus $30 rebate.

At $63 its still a great price for it. I has a very nice design. Has a rubber stand so you can place it straight up, but its quite large in size, probably 6" x 10" x 1" Also its 'port forwarding' config is far less adjustable than the Linksys. So if you're one of those who likes to open ports to host games or host ftp etc, beware.

You can pick up a NETGEAR MA101NA Wireless USB Adapter for about $46 AR from Outpost.com I've just got this same router from the Buy.com deal for $50 AR, and am using two MA101's with WONDERFUL success. Since the MA101's are USB, there's no need to crack the case, and take up another PCI slot. Very easy to configure, and their range is quite good inside my house (100+ ft with a few walls in-between)

:D
