Netgear launches Super Wireless Media Router
Netgear today unveiled its WGT634U Super Wireless Media Router, a "third-generation" 802.11g wireless home networking solution that supports network-attached storage (NAS) via a USB 2.0 interface located on the router. The device offers transfer speeds of 108Mbps--twice as fast as other 802.11g routers--using its 108 Mbps wireless networking technology and integrates a four-port 10/100 Mbps switch. Other security and privacy features include a double firewall (both NAT and SPI), 64-bit and 128-bit WEP encryption, WPA PSK, support, multiple VPN pass-through support, intrusion detection, URL content filtering, and security logging with e-mail alerts. It is due in the first quarter for under $200.

Hiyas Garry :)

Yep, Netgear & D-Link are the two leading the pack it appears. They both ramp up features neck and neck.
This next Gen will interface with the Next Gen Entertainment equipment that is merging with the PC world, wild stuff. Cars, Stereos, PC's all merged.
