I have a Linksys DSL Router with 4 ports on it. My other two computers work great(one has a D-Link NIC, one has an Intel NIC). I just built a new computer for my brother,it is an Abit KT7A, Windows ME, and it has a Netgear FA311. The NIC shows up in the Device Manager, and the light on the card comes on when I plug in the CAT-5. Also, the light on the router comes on. It will not work though. Do I have to change the IRQ? I would be greatful for any suggestions. Vielen Dank.

It is not overclocked, and I can not ping the router. I guess it is time to try a new NIC.
