nice deal, probably buy it soon, unless anyone knows any better deals?
two questions, does amazon leave credit for you when u use GC and have leftover? and does the GC count toward shipping?
thanks

Yes and Yes.

This is an awesome NIC, search for posts on FA310TX in the General Hardware forum and you'll read nothing but absolute praise.

I assume that, unfortunately, you'll have to add a few dollars for shipping. And a $7 mail-in-rebate just doesn't seem worth it. You'll have to spend 34 cents to mail it in and then wait 2 months to get a little $7 check. I guess this is an ok deal.

hmmm.....true
am i mistaken does amazon sometimes have free shipping days?
it turned out to be 22 bucks with shipping and so now i'm reluctant to order it
i would pay around 15, which wouldn't be bad for a nic.....but any hotter NIC deals out there? cuz i don't seem to find any

I have 2 of those NICs been using them for over 1 year without any problems. Got them for about $25 each last year. HIghly recommend them 🙂

interesting thing to note, the 310 has native linux support, the newer 311 does not. which is good.

the 31x netgear cards are great cards, probably the best you can buy for the price.
unsped - doesn't the fa312 have native linux support?
