Netgear 311, PPPoE and hell

First I have to say this: I must have set that router with PPPoE a dozen of time without a single problem with Bell adsl and their residential service. Yesterday I couldn't make it work with their business service. It's basically the same thing but they give you a domain name. (I could make it work with a PC and their PPPoE)
Here the infos:
Account name: test123
domain name: test.com
login: test123
When I do an Internet test on the RT311, the LCP link is up and it sends the login/pass then I can see they're refused and the LCP is closed. I used telnet and the browser to configure, made sure that the login pass was correct, used test123@test.com as a system name...I don't know what to do anymore...can you guys please suggest something??
