My Netflix movies have always arrived one day before the Est. Arrival date on the site.

I recently rented "The Blob" but never received it. 3 days after I was supposed to receive it I got an e-mail from Netflix Receiving saying it made its way back to them! How is that possible, unless someone took it out of my mail and sent it back themselves?!

Also, the 2 videos I was supposed to receive yesterday (Monday) have not arrived yet. Normally with an est arrival of 5/16 I should have received them on Saturday, 5/14.

How do I go about reporting this?

Might want to make sure they have your correct address, the mail might not be finding the address and just resending to the sender.

One time they said that I had returned a movie I still had. But they claimed that I had a movie out that I had sent back. The sleeves weren't switched or anything, I sent them an email and they had no clue. They said to send back the one they had already claimed to have received, I refused until they fixed it cause I didn't want to be responsible for the "missing" one I had returned.

Either the mail dude (picture Otto the bus driver) is watching your DVDs, or the label was smudged / trashed and they just returned it back to netflix.

I rented a mailbox because of my problems with Netflix. My home mailbox is located outside the gate of my house. Many times I find my Netflix envelopes torn with the disc gone. I suspect the neigborhood kids were doing this. Since I come home from work at around 8:00 pm there's nothing I can do about it. It cost me $20.00 a month to rent it tough.

Today I received the movie that had an ETA of tomorrow. I STILL haven't received the ones estimated to arrive last Monday. Reported them missing on Netflix site, can't find anything on the site to e-mail them about the one that they got back when I never got it.

Edit: found the well-buried generic e-mail to customer service form. Pretty sure they intentionally make that harder to get to than the common pigeonholed problem notifications.
