Netflix has numerous movies list as "Availability Unknown". But many of these very flicks are, in fact, available. A trip to any Blockbuster, or blockbuster.com will show the very movie in question.
For example, if I want to rent Cat on a Hot Tin Roof from Netflix I can't, because they have it listed as "Availability Unknown". But it is available all over. It's a classic, for God's sake. Many other movies are the same. Any Netflix insiders who know the how's and why's of this?
