Netflix issues on XBOX 360

For most of the past month, I have been having issues starting Netflix playback on the XBOX 360s. Everything is on wired ethernet, except one of the 3 XBOXes is on MoCA. It works fine on the PC, on the iPad 3 (with better quality), and on my android phones through the WiFi.

What happens is when I tell it to start playing something, it will start buffering with the spinning circle with a percentage thing, often hanging at either 7%, 97%, or 100%, and just keep spinning for several minutes until I hit the back button. Sometimes trying again after going back to the Netflix menu screen will fix it, but not usually. Going to the XBOX dashboard and re-launching Netflix seems to have much better odds of fixing it.

Happens most often during prime evening hours, especially with kids shows like Sesame Street and Curious George. Am I just ending up hitting a bad server in this area, with the FIOS peering fights going on? Why only on the XBOX then? Starting the exact same titles on the PC while waiting for the XBOX to start, they start near instantly. </cue conspiracy about yet another way for MS to push the X-Bone>

Is anyone else having Netflix issues with the XBOX 360?

I've watched quite a bit over the past couple of months and have ran into a bug where it will sometimes quit mid-show, like it has to buffer, but the circle just spins on a black screen. If I exit back to the Netflix main menu and go back in, it picks right back up where it left off. Had that happen 4-5 times, but that's it.

I've had a few issues off and on with Netflix. At one point I just deleted the app and redownload it. The first time I did that, I found 2 completly separate netflix apps on my harddrive and deleted both. IIRC there was a smallish file in one of the app folders that I did leave, I was thinking it may have something to do with it being synced to my acct. It's been working pretty good for a while now.
