Netflix issues 1080p 24hz keeps switching from 1080i 60hz Samsung LN550 TiVo premiere

I use my TiVo to watch Netflix most all the time ad since the most recent update everytime I watch something on my Samsung ln550 it keeps bouncing between 24hz and 60hz the whole time. I stopped it by turning off the 1080p pass through on the TiVo but I'd rather watch my shows in 1080p 24hz pass through. Any ideas on settings for my Samsung tv, my TiVo premiere, or Netflix itself to stop it from switching all the time?
