Netflix Issue

so I got The Believer From netflix this past week, and went to watch it. It played fine for awhile but then totally stopped. I check the disc and theres a crak in the side of it.... so I go to the netflix replacement thing, and tell them to ship me a new one. Does this mean if I send my current 3 DVDs back, they will send out 3 new ones PLUS the new Believer? Or just 2 new ones till they get this new version back?

you normaly arn't going to get an extra disc out of it unless you e-mail and complain. not realy worth it for me thiugh.

What I do is use website, notify them of complaint, and they cross ship replacement immediatly.
I have been using NetFlix since 1999 and love em.

Once you report a problem they'll ship a replacement out right away. I had a disc lost in the mail (I thought till it showed up) and they sent out a replacement the day after I reported it.

make sure you do the online thing, they don't look at the check boxes on the sleeve in my experience.
