I've never had a cracked Blu-ray, but I've only gotten about 15 from them. I think the problem is their delivery system. Those envelopes give no protection at all.
 
I have been netflixing for a long time, BUT, more and more
the movies in my que are either short wait or long wait. For weeks
the same thing. They are sending me movies from the very bottom of the list.
I think they have an inventory issue that needs addressing.
Might bail for a try at blockbuster.

That is why there is only one way to go where there is almost a 100% guarantee you will have no dvd or blu ray cracks or scratches. You don't have to worry about them not having enough in stock either.
