Netflix in VR

but how come i dont see it in the Play store? where to get it?

It should be in the Gear VR app store.
Since it only works in Gear VR, you have to have a Gear VR headset and a Gear VR compatible device.

Tried it this morning with my note 4. Works rather well. Hopefully HBO go and the like, show up soon.
